found a shirt I wanted to buy and went to the register. They told me it was blocked and couldnt sell it. It had a price tag and was placed on the floor. Yet they would not sell it. Thats ridiculous! what kind of store is this? Dont recommend Zara Woodland Hills at all. Spoke to manager and she just gave me a brunch of garbage without a honest explanation.
